For Mums

This class begins with gentle Pilates focusing on breathing, relaxation and on creating a strong centre and stomach. The exercises in the first half of the class will help mums relax so that they can work effectively with their baby.

For Babies

Baby Pilates includes the highly acclaimed butterfly touch massage technique and gentle Pilates exercises designed to strengthen and relax your baby. These wonderful exercises will aid physical and emotional development and provide techniques to relieve digestive complaints and general discomfort. Most importantly the babies revel in the connection and touch.
